Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Engineering, the Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of Manufacturing Engineers in the development and delivery of the planned manufacturing process as well as validation requirements.

Required to support both Series production, New Model Launch Programmes and development of our manufacturing facilities, the key responsibilities will include:

1. H&S compliance
2. Process improvement
3. Project management
4. Technical guidance
5. Resource management
6. Ensuring quality assurance ISO-9001 / IATF 16949
