We are recruiting for a Legal & Company Secretarial Manager to join our Legal & Corporate Affairs department, based in Leamington, Bicester, or Woking. As the Legal & Company Secretarial Manager, you will ensure robust legal governance and effective secretarial practices, providing operational effectiveness for the L&CA function.
We are also open to considering candidates currently working as corporate lawyers with 3-4 PQE.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in legal operations, corporate governance, or legal business support, preferably in a complex regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, company law, and legal operating models within global businesses.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with executive-level stakeholders and board members preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with company secretarial software systems.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
