As an End of Line technician within the production area, reporting to the Team Leader at McLaren Automotive, you will take on a role in ensuring a seamless and efficient operation is at its very best within one of our built‑in quality areas, ensuring production continues a consistent, high quality build process.

What You’ll Do

Your primary responsibility will be practical problem solving any issues found within the quality stations, reworking the fault to the required standard of process, also conducting a 4m method to quickly resolve within our internal stakeholder team. You will also ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to. Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals as a company.
