Overview

We are recruiting for graduates to join our fantastic Engineering team at the McLaren Composites Technology Centre based in Sheffield. The successful candidate will support the engineering and business systems team to plan, implement and control changes to design, manufacturing, project and facility workstreams.

Program Details

This is a two-year rotational programme (4 x 6 months), offering experience across Composites. It’s designed to develop your technical skills, operational understanding, and leadership capability, preparing you for a permanent role within the McLaren Composites function.
