Civil Section Engineers Required for a Long-Term Project - Construction of a substation.
We are currently recruiting 3 x Civil Section Engineers for a major infrastructure project.
Location: East Anglia Onshore Substation, Postcode: IP17 1UT
Start: Immediate / ASAP
Duration: 2 years work
Rates: £350 - £400 per day DOE (Umbrella)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Section Engineer within civil engineering
- Strong background in infrastructure / heavy civils projects
- Ability to manage site operations and supervise setting out engineers
- Experience with QA, RAMS, and site documentation
- Strong understanding of drawings and specifications
Duties:
- Overseeing sections of works on site
- Managing engineers and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification
- QA checks, inspections, and reporting
- Liaising with project teams and site management
