Are you an experienced Fire Suppression Engineer looking to lead the design and delivery of complex fire protection systems on major rail infrastructure projects? We are seeking a Principal Fire Suppression Engineer to play a key leadership role in the design, coordination, and delivery of Fire Suppression, Hydrant, and Dry/Wet Riser systems on a high-profile rail project. This is an excellent opportunity to influence large-scale infrastructure while working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams.
The Role
As the Principal Fire Suppression Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery from concept through to installation and certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and verification of Fire Suppression Systems in accordance with BS9990, BS EN 12845, and other relevant standards.
- Review and coordinate designs produced by MEP consultants and contractors, ensuring safety, compliance, constructability, and maintainability.
- Develop complex Fire Alarm Cause.
