We are looking for an experienced MicroStation CAD Operator to join our growing team based in Harold Wood. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of rail and commercial projects, producing high-quality electrical and mechanical drawings to support the successful delivery of complex engineering schemes. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of four days per week in the Harold Wood office and one day working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate electrical and mechanical CAD drawings using MicroStation.
- Prepare and amend design drawings, layouts, schematics, and detailed engineering documentation.
- Work closely with Electrical and Mechanical Design Engineers to develop project deliverables.
- Ensure all drawings comply with client requirements, industry standards, and company procedures.
- Maintain drawing registers and revision control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs are fully integrated and delivered on time.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience using MicroStation in an engineering environment.
- Experience producing electrical and/or mechanical drawings for rail and commercial projects.
