Plumbing And Heating Engineer in London

Position Overview
2 x Plumbing & Heating Engineer / Plumber positions covering North London, surrounding counties, Essex, and Hertfordshire. To work on railway stations and depots.

We are able to put you through any rail courses needed.

Compensation and Working Hours
Up to £45,000 depending on experience.

Working hours: 08:30–17:30 Monday to Friday. Additional hours may need to be worked depending on workload. There may be a requirement for occasional weekend working and response to call‐outs as required.

Duties

Carry out PPM, remedial and reactive works, and complete worksheets in a timely manner to meet the client\’s needs.

Project works, including heating and domestic services installations.

Proficient in all aspects of plumbing, including screwed pipework fitting.

Experience of working in occupied dwellings and offices.

Fault find and diagnose issues, reporting on what is required to rectify issues.

Required / Skills

Full UK licence.

PTS qualified – desirable.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong communication skills.

City and Guilds or NVQ level qualifications.
