The predicted salary is between 36000 - 54000 £ per year.
2 x Plumbing & Heating Engineer Plumbers covering North London, surrounding counties/Essex/Hertfordshire - To work on railway stations, depots.
We are able to put you through any rail courses needed.
Up to £45k depending on experience.
Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday. Additional hours may need to be worked depending on workload. There may be a requirement for occasional weekend working. Respond to callouts as required.
Duties:
- Carry out PPM, Remedial and Reactive works, and complete worksheets, in a timely manner to meet the client’s needs
- Project works, including heating and domestic services installations
- Proficient in all aspects of plumbing, including screwed pipework fitting
- Experience of working in occupied dwellings and offices
- Fault find and diagnose issues, reporting on what is required to rectify issues
Required / Skills:
- Full UK licence
- PTS qualified desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- City and Guilds or NVQ level Qualifications
