Civil Section Engineers Required – Long-Term Project - Construction of a sub station. We are currently recruiting 3 x Civil Section Engineers for a major infrastructure project.

Location: East Anglia Onshore Substation Postcode: IP17 1UT

Start: Immediate / ASAP

Duration: 2 years’ work

Rates: £350 – £400 per day DOE (Umbrella)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Section Engineer within civil engineering
  • Strong background in infrastructure / heavy civils projects
  • Ability to manage site operations and supervise setting out engineers
  • Experience with QA, RAMS, and site documentation
  • Strong understanding of drawings and specifications

Duties:

  • Overseeing sections of works on site
  • Managing engineers and subcontractors
  • Ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification
  • QA checks, inspections, and reporting
  • Liaising with project teams and site management
