Brand Marketing
The Brand Marketing team is responsible for bringing McLaren Racing’s story to life. We translate strategy into campaigns and activations that build our brand, engage fans around and deliver impact for our partners. We do this by creating integrated, multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with our partners and bringing together cross-functional teams to ensure McLaren shows up consistently and with impact across every touchpoint.
Purpose of the role
Partnership Marketing Senior Specialist – Brand Marketing will be responsible for supporting our team on our biggest campaign of 2026; McLaren’s 1000th GP in Formula One. Immediate availability is required for this role, as we need someone who can join us and make an impact right away. The FTC will finish at the end of May.
Role Dimensions
- Support partners and their agencies in developing activation concepts for the 1000th GP.
- Support partners in managing the execution of their activations, ensuring they have the input needed from other McLaren teams and our production agency.
- Be a key point of contact, alongside partner managers, for the partners on this campaign.
- Ensure partner activations are seamlessly integrated into the overall campaign and fan experience.
- Support the overall delivery of the campaign for the McLaren Racing brand.
- Some support on additional campaigns may be required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in the sports or marketing industry.
- Experience managing partnership activations in sport and entertainment, ideally across experiential and content.
- Proven experience managing projects and campaigns in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Proven experience managing clients or partners at different seniority levels.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and functions.
