Purpose of the Role To lead the Quality Engineering function to ensure robust quality processes and standards across manufacturing, supply chain and design. Drive continuous improvement and resolution activities to deliver increases in right-first-time and reliability. Principal Accountabilities Define and implement the Quality Engineering strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage and develop a team of Quality Engineers, setting clear goals and performance measures. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving across the team. Operational Excellence Oversee quality assurance processes across the full product lifecycle—from concept through production. Ensure supplier quality standards are met through audits, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
