Purpose of the Role Mc Laren Racing is transforming the way our Commercial and Marketing functions operate to unlock greater scale, efficiency and performance.
As Lead, Technology Transformation, you will define the technology foundations that enable that transformation.
Working closely with Process Engineers and the Lead, AI Transformation, you will design a connected technology ecosystem that supports streamlined processes, intelligent automation and AI‑enabled ways of working.
You'll ensure our systems, platforms and data architecture are scalable, integrated and capable of powering future growth.
This is a hands‑on transformation leadership role focused on turning strategy into practical, technology‑enabled outcomes.
