The Process Architect provides enterprise level leadership in the design, optimisation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide business processes. The role ensures processes are efficient, scalable, and fully aligned with enterprise architecture and programme goals, enabling the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.

What You\\\’ll Do

  • Translate enterprise architecture into operational, process-driven projects that deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Analyse, document, and redesign core business processes to maximise efficiency and integration with strategic technologies.
  • Define end-to-end process capabilities that align with vehicle programme needs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement of new processes.
  • Lead, manage and mentor the Technical Architect to ensure alignment between process and technical design.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between enterprise architecture and operational execution.

What You\\\’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in process improvement, optimisation, and enterprise transformation.
  • Extensive background in senior IT or technology architecture roles.
  • Demonstrated success in translating enterprise architecture into operational processes that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep understanding of Product Development processes within the Automotive industry.
  • Expertise in business process modelling and improvement methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of business systems integration and enterprise architecture frameworks, and the ability to ensure alignment between enterprise-level designs and operational execution.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work across functions and manage change in complex environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor\\\’s or Master\\\’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting and enhancing PLM systems (e.g., ConfigIt, 3DEXPERIENCE, APRISO).
  • Strong understanding of PLM integrations with CAD, ERP, MES systems.
  • Deep expertise in PDM, BOM structures, change management, and PLM workflows.
  • Proven experience in root cause analysis, performance tuning, and system optimization.
  • Ability to lead backlog prioritization and manage competing business demands.
  • Familiarity with scripting, automation tools, and monitoring platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and resilient under pressure.
  • Able to work across teams and influence technical direction.
