Head of HR Technology & Ops – McLaren Racing (Hybrid, 4 days onsite)

Your Mission
- Lead and evolve McLaren’s HR Technology and Operations function.
- Transform the employee experience through automation, insight, and digital enablement.
- Shape and execute our HR systems strategy to drive performance across the business.
- Enable our leaders, managers and people team to make data-led decisions by optimising and providing insight and reporting.
- Translate business needs into smart, scalable tech solutions.
- Build and lead a capable, motivated team focused on delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- A senior HR tech leader with proven experience owning and evolving HR systems in a complex, dynamic organisation.
- Deep expertise in Workday and a strong understanding of how to maximise its value across the employee lifecycle.
