This role will lead the technology and AI transformation workstream, defining the systems, data foundations and AI capabilities needed to turn redesigned ways of working into measurable improvement.
Working with Process Engineers and stakeholders, the role will connect process design, architecture and AI use cases into a coherent future-state operating model.
