The Digital Learning Specialist will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative learning solutions with a strong focus on AI and emerging technologies. This role will manage and optimise digital learning platforms, create engaging e-learning resources, and ensure that learning initiatives are aligned with the organisation's strategy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences, driving innovation across the Learning & Development function.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging AI and technology-focused learning programmes.
- Create and curate e-learning resources that are interactive, impactful, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Collaborate with our LMS provider to maximise learning utilisation, driving innovation and AI-enabled functionality.
- Manage and maintain LMS content, ensuring it is regularly updated, accurate, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Identify and integrate AI tools and technological innovations into the L&D function to enhance learning delivery and accessibility.
- Support the implementation and training roll out of AI-driven solutions that align with the overall learning strategy.
- Track, analyse, and report on training completion rates and platform engagement as key performance indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve learner engagement and outcomes.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in digital learning, AI, and technology.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of learning technologies, digital learning tools, and AI applications in L&D.
- Experience designing and delivering e-learning and technology-based training programmes.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (ideally Thrive) including administration, content management, and reporting.
- Ability to analyse learning data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong collaboration skills with a proactive, innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
