CNC Programmer / Machinist

Purpose of the Role
As a CNC Programmer/Machinist, you’ll be part of a highly skilled machining team working at pace to deliver high‑quality CNC programmes and precision‑engineered components that directly impact on‑track performance throughout the season. You’ll programme, set and operate multi‑axis machines, producing and inspecting complex parts for current race cars, pit equipment and McLaren Heritage vehicles. What You’ll Do

Create CNC programmes and machine components using supplied drawings and CAD files, following best practice.
Maintain programme and tooling records for all manufactured components.
Work collaboratively with Manufacturing Engineers and team leaders to optimise machine tool efficiency.
Carry out diligent inspection of components to ensure the highest quality standards.
Maintain accurate shift handover records with colleagues across shifts.
Demonstrate strong awareness of health & safety legislation and contribute positively to workshop safety standards
