As Training and Change Manager, you will support the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working as Mc Laren Racing upgrades its Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
You will help teams navigate change through targeted training, clear documentation and effective communication, enabling smooth transitions and sustained behavioural change.
Working with business leads and teams across the organisation, including areas outside Finance, you will assess the impact of process and technology changes, map stakeholders and identify knowledge gaps.
You will use these insights to design appropriate change interventions, communication plans and information that maintain engagement, positivity and momentum throughout the programme.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver accessible training materials, modules and supporting documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, drop-in sessions and one-to-one training.
- Help teams adopt new processes, terminology and systems while identifying blockers and areas requiring further support.
- Monitor adoption and report on where additional intervention is needed.
