Job Description Purpose of the Role McLaren Racing is evolving its Commercial and Marketing operating model to become more integrated, data-driven, automated and AI-enabled. This role will lead the technology and AI transformation workstream, defining the systems, platforms, data foundations and practical AI capabilities required to turn redesigned ways of working into measurable operational improvement.
