As a Quality Engineer, you'll join our Complex Analysis team, a centre of excellence for problem-solving, leading investigations into complex issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of our vehicles. Working across a wide range of functions, you'll play a key role in identifying root causes, implementing solutions and driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead investigations into complex product and manufacturing issues.
- Apply structured problem-solving tools to define, analyse and resolve concerns.
- Develop and implement effective containment actions to minimise customer and business impact.
- Conduct root cause analysis using techniques such as 5-Why, supported by testing, analysis and evidence.
- Present findings and progress updates to stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Act as a subject matter expert in problem-solving, coaching colleagues and promoting best practice.
- Lead cross-functional teams through complex technical investigations and resolution activities.
What You'll Bring
- Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- An engineering degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Motorsport Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience using CAD software and interpreting engineering drawings.
