Overview
As Programme Manager, you will drive cross-functional delivery for inter-discipline vehicle programmes from concept to launch.
You’ll partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Purchase and Finance to implement governance, manage risks and budgets, and keep executive stakeholders informed.
Your role supports on-time milestones and resource allocation, shaping decisions with data-driven insight.

Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems
- Lead gateway management to ensure on-time milestones
- Oversee high-level planning and risk assessment with critical path evaluation
- Assist Senior Programme Manager and Vehicle Line Director with cost monitoring
- Lead issue and risk management and drive cross-functional resolution
- Lead change management for programme assumptions with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions
- Maintain and update programme documentation per change processes
- Coordinate with Engineering Project Managers to align commodity plans with design and launch
- Support part releasing process to meet build dates
- Manage prototype builds and associated budgets
- Lead direct reports supporting programme management activities
- Prepare reports on status, risks and issues for senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in programme management processes and tools
- Key requirements
- Experience in the automotive industry and delivering whole vehicle programmes
- Experience with project management tools and processes
- Experience with vehicle product launches
- Strong experience in financial monitoring of programmes
- Profession qualification in Programme Management
