Overview

In this role you will coordinate and deliver payroll and benefits across nine countries for a ~250-strong global workforce. You’ll partner with outsourced providers to ensure timely, compliant processes and market-competitive benefits. You’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, balancing manual and electronic workflows with complex data. The role sits within Operations and People & Transformation, offering scope to shape benefits and payroll delivery in a high-performance, innovative company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global payroll coordination across 9 countries with outsourced provider
  • Manage end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Oversee global employee benefits programmes, including enrolments, changes and leavers
  • Liaison with external providers and internal stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, Finance)
  • Lead annual benefits processes (renewals, reviews, communications)
  • Prepare payroll and benefits reports and support audits
  • Provide payroll inputs guidance to People Assistants and resolve complex queries
  • Support transition activities towards SuccessFactors and data reporting

Key requirements

  • Previous international benefits and payroll experience
  • Experience working with outsourced providers
  • Ability to propose new benefits to stakeholders with supporting data
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience onboarding suppliers with legal and procurement support
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines across countries
  • Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
  • SAP experience and Exposure to HR systems like SuccessFactors (desirable)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Resilient and adaptable in change
  • Experience with SAP
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors or similar HR systems
  • Global payroll processes across multiple countries
