b Overview /b p As Merchandising, Licensing Partnerships Manager, you will define and drive McLaren’s global strategy for merchandise, licensing and partnerships to strengthen brand equity and generate revenue. You’ll lead programmes and opportunities, governance, and cross-market activation, acting as the main automotive liaison within the One McLaren framework. You’ll identify new commercial opportunities and manage licensees, partners and brand applications to ensure flawless execution. This is a high-impact role for shaping a luxury brand ecosystem across Racing, Automotive and regional teams. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Structured career development framework /li li 25 days holiday + bank holidays /li li Enhanced company pension scheme /li li Discretionary annual bonus /li li Private medical insurance and health cash plan /li li Life assurance benefit /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Define and execute the global MLP strategy to strengthen brand equity and revenue /li li Lead merchandise programmes, licensing opportunities and strategic partnerships /li li Manage partner and licensee relationships and brand governance /li li Coordinate with McLaren Racing and central/ regional teams for aligned activations /li li Govern brand applications and ensure timely, compliant execution across markets /li li Serve as central coordinator steering requirements to cross-functional teams /li li Develop executive-level business cases and drive delivery across multiple projects /li li Foster a One McLaren mindset across stakeholders to maximize ecosystem value /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Brand Management, Retail Management, Fashion, Sports Management or related discipline /li li Significant experience in merchandising, licensing, partnerships, business development or luxury brand management /li li Strong commercial negotiation and contract management experience /li li Experience managing strategic partnerships, licensees, manufacturers and external stakeholders /li li Strong IP, licensing principles, royalty models and brand governance knowledge /li li Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programmes in a matrix organisation /li li Strong financial, analytical and reporting capability (budgets, forecasts, ROI) /li li Executive-level communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills /li li Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a results-oriented mindset /li /ul ul li Negotiation /li li Relationship management /li li Stakeholder management /li li Microsoft Office /li li Reporting tools /li li Budgeting and forecasting /li /ul
