What to Expect
Administer, maintain and support the manufacturing execution and quality systems that run McLaren's digitised factories β€” keeping DELMIA Apriso, 3DEXPERIENCE Interfaces, SAP-integrated production interfaces and associated shop-floor applications available, secure, correctly configured and performing. Provide day-to-day operational administration, configuration control and incident resolution across the Manufacturing Systems estate, working within ISA-95 integration boundaries and Purdue-model OT/IT segmentation.

Administer DELMIA Apriso MOM solution and Interfaces to 3DEXPERIENCE, SAP and associated manufacturing OT integrations.

Maintain system health across environments, releases and controlled change in a production-critical setting.

Operate within ITIL-aligned service management processes, supporting incident, problem, change, configuration and release management.

Work within ISA-95, Purdue-model and OT/IT security boundaries to ensure availability, integrity and safe operation of manufacturing systems.
What You'll Do
Perform system, environment and configuration management across development, test and production, including process, screen and workflow configuration in Apriso.

Assess, schedule and implement controlled changes with appropriate rollback plans, keeping configuration and CMDB records accurate.

Triage, diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests; manage problems to root cause and escalate to vendors where required.

Plan and execute releases and deployments of MES/MOM and interface changes with minimal disruption to production operations. Administer interfaces and data flows between MES, ERP and the data platform, respecting ISA-95 level boundaries and monitoring integration jobs.

Apply security, access control and patching in line with OT/IT policy, least privilege principles and ISA-99 / IEC 62443 zoning.

Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles and administration documentation to support audit readiness and operational resilience.
What You'll Bring
Solid grounding in application support, environment management, configuration management, change management and incident processes in an ITIL-aligned environment. Understanding of manufacturing integration, including interfaces, batch jobs, message queues and ISA-95 data flows.

Practical troubleshooting capability using SQL, application and integration logs, monitoring tooling, and Windows and Linux server environments.

Exposure to 3DEXPERIENCE, SAP, Microsoft Azure, Fabric, unified namespace configuration, OPC UA or MQTT would be advantageous.

Basic knowledge on development technologies (c#,Java Script, HTML, CSS) are desirableITIL Foundation certification / awareness is desirable.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-availability manufacturing environment with strong attention to risk, security and operational continuity.
