McLaren Automotive seeks a senior leader to transform and govern the Supplier Quality & Development function. You will partner with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality to standardise ways of working and improve supplier performance across current programmes and future launches.

You will champion digital innovation and automation to drive efficiency, accountability and smarter ways of working, while leading cross-functional initiatives that shape how supplier quality is managed.
