As a Quality Engineer, you'll join our Complex Analysis team, a centre of excellence for problem-solving, leading investigations into complex issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of our vehicles. Working across a wide range of functions, you'll play a key role in identifying root causes, implementing solutions and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead investigations into complex product and manufacturing issues.
  • Apply structured problem-solving tools to define, analyse and resolve concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective containment actions to minimise customer and business impact.
  • Conduct root cause analysis using techniques such as 5-Why, supported by testing, analysis and evidence.
  • Present findings and progress updates to stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in problem-solving, coaching colleagues and promoting best practice.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through complex technical investigations and resolution activities.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • An engineering degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Motorsport Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience using CAD software and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence using Excel and Power BI to interpret complex data.
  • The ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and confidently challenge assumptions where needed.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to present technical findings to a range of audiences.
  • A proactive mindset, a passion for problem-solving and the ability to thrive under pressure.
