Join McLaren Automotive's Quality Analysis team and play a key role in shaping how data, analytics and AI drive quality performance across the McLaren Production Centre. You'll work alongside experts across Quality, Manufacturing, Metrology and Digital functions to solve complex challenges, improve processes and influence strategic decision-making. What You'll Do

  • Turn complex manufacturing and quality data into meaningful insights that improve product quality, process performance and business outcomes.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools and automated analytics solutions that provide visibility of key quality metrics across the business.
  • Lead data-driven improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies and advanced statistical techniques.
  • Apply AI, machine learning and predictive analytics to solve quality challenges and support future manufacturing innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and IT to deliver scalable solutions that drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering or data analytics within any manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by knowledge of statistical methods and continuous improvement tools.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, visualisation and reporting tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Six Sigma capability and a passion for using data to drive measurable improvements.
  • A curious and innovative mindset, with enthusiasm for new technologies, AI and continuous learning.
