As a Specialist, People Advisor – Business Performance, you’ll play a key role in delivering our progressive people agenda across shared service functions including Finance, IT, PMO, and People & Sustainability.

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing expert HR advice and coaching.

Support employee relations, including case management, absence, and performance issues.

Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and selection processes.

Contribute to organisational design, talent planning, and succession strategies.

Lead or support initiatives such as Pulse Surveys, learning and development rollouts, and reward processes.

Analyse HR data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with People Partners and Business Leaders to implement people-focused solutions.

Champion inclusive practices and employee wellbeing across your business areas.

The MTC is connected to Woking mainline station via regular shuttle buses, from which London Waterloo is a 30 minute train ride.
