  • Safely and accurately set up infrastructure at events, maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, quality and presentation.
  • Carry out practical hands‑on tasks requiring mechanical, electrical or IT aptitude, resolving obstacles as they arise.
  • Apply working knowledge of motorsport garage infrastructure or relevant transferable skills from other industries.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, load planning and fulfilment in line with all shipment requirements.
  • Safely operate machinery, including forklift equipment (training provided where required).
  • Conduct inspections of PPE and supporting equipment.
  • Support and carry out trackside security duties to protect company IP.
  • Provide race support operational tasks as needed—such as refuelling, tyres and general garage duties.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience delivering high‑quality work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Experience working within a highly technical environment.
  • Ability to support component fault diagnosis and assist in rectification.
