Purpose of the Role
As a Laminating Technician, you will play a vital role in producing high‑quality composite components for current and future Formula 1 cars. Working to maintain high standards and tight deadlines, your expertise will directly contribute to on‑track performance and the success of the team.
What You’ll Do
- Manufacture composite laminated components for current and future F1 cars.
- Carry out laminating, vacuum bagging, and mould preparation activities.
- Manufacture, maintain, and prepare moulds to required standards.
- Operate autoclaves and follow prescribed production processes.
- Work safely at all times, adhering to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Flexibly support other teams and activities as workloads require.

- Background in motorsport, ideally F1, or experience in aerospace manufacturing is desirable.
