As Treasury Analyst - cash, you will play a pivotal role in one of the most exciting finance positions within McLaren Automotive. The role offers exposure to the whole business from a finance perspective, spanning the full cash flow lifecycle from short‑term tactical activities to longer‑term business planning.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Group Treasury function as the first level of support.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Finance and cross‑functional teams across the McLaren Group.
  • Manage cash and working capital, including cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Maintain financial models, data model tool and perform financial modelling.
  • Prepare consolidated weekly cash flow forecasts reflecting short‑ and long‑term scenario plans.
  • Support the annual budget and rolling forecast process, collecting and analysing input data from all regions.
  • Oversee trade finance facility cash flow ownership, challenge and review trade finance utilisation and dealer allocation.
  • Prepare and maintain Trade Finance exposure reporting.
  • Produce analysis packs presenting key assumptions and cash flow variance drivers to senior management.
  • Provide analytical insights to underpin efficient working capital finance management.
  • Business partner across finance and non‑finance stakeholders, supporting collaboration and decision‑making.
  • Perform scenario analysis and decision support across short‑ and long‑term planning horizons.
  • Continuously improve cash forecasting tools, models and underlying business processes.
  • Handle other ad‑hoc treasury tasks.
