  • Drive customer protection activities and quality containment actions, ensuring robust resolution of critical issues.
  • Provide technical leadership and coaching to engineers, embedding best practice problem-solving techniques across the business.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions and deliver lasting improvements.
  • Manage quality transformation projects that enhance business performance, product quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Extensive experience leading structured problem-solving activities within engineering, automotive, manufacturing or related technical environments.
  • Expert knowledge of quality methodologies, data analysis and root cause investigation techniques.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions and solve highly complex technical challenges.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting and influencing at all levels.
