This role drives the development of lightweight, high-performance architectures by delivering robust CAE insight that directly informs key engineering decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Improve the load prediction methods and execute ADAMS simulations to predict chassis, powertrain and frame loads.
  • Set up and execution of nCode and MATLAB based simulations to create accelerated durability duty cycles for system and components.
  • Define new and update existing fatigue KPIs to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of both vehicle and bench durability tests.
  • Support the definition of road load data collection activities and the validation of the data.
  • Support the execution of full vehicle durability rig testing and lead the generation of its drive signals.
  • Development of tools and processes to improve data validation, statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Oversee external CAE partners, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with internal or industry standards and best practice.
