You will manage ER cases end-to-end, conduct investigations, draft outcome documentation and support People Business Partners and line managers to deliver fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
You will apply UK employment law, ACAS Code of Practice and internal policies, maintaining auditable case records and escalating complex cases to the ER Manager as appropriate.
