Supporting the Logistics department, you will work with personnel from both MTC and MPC. You shall also deal with external customers as part of our daily business. Stores, functions, Quality, Transport drivers and Production will ensure material requirements for all model builds are satisfied in a timely and accurate manner.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to, that the build process (PES) is followed to build a supercar to the desired standard, and elevate any build issues to your leader within takt.
  • Contribute to achieving the company’s ambitious goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Understand and follow detailed process documents relating to the assembling of vehicles.
  • Ensure that the standard of the vehicles is to the highest quality, with the ability to provide feedback to technicians on any concerns found.
  • Escalate any concerns that may be affecting the quality, cost or productivity of the vehicles being produced.
  • Ensure 5S within your work area in line with McLaren expectations.
  • Maintain standards such as using the uniform/clothing provided.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members; adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities as requested by your line manager.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn; understand multiple processes to ensure coverage.
  • Conduct on‑process training for new employees entering the business at the technician level or learning a new process within your area.
