As a technician within the production area, reporting to the Team Leader/Group Leader at McLaren Automotive, you will take on a role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation within one of our Process areas, ensuring your build process is delivered to a high standard.

As a technician within the production area, reporting to the Team Leader/Group Leader at McLaren Automotive, you will take on a role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation within one of our Process areas, ensuring your build process is delivered to a high standard.

What You\\\’ll Do

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to, the build process (PES) is followed to build a supercar to the desired standard and to escalate any build issues to your leader within takt. Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals as a company.
