Job Description
We are recruiting for Graduate s to join our dynamic Procurement team at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey. As a Procurement Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost optimisation-contributing to the delivery of our world-class automotive products.
This is a two-year rotational programme (4 x 6 months) designed to build your procurement expertise and cross-functional commercial awareness. By the end of the programme, you'll be ready to take on a permanent role within McLaren's global procurement function.

What You'll Do
Throughout the programme, you will rotate across key procurement functions , contributing to initiatives that support McLaren's innovation, supply chain resilience and cost competitiveness.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting strategic sourcing projects and assisting in the selection and onboarding of suppliers.
- Analysing supplier performance data, tracking delivery, cost, and quality KPIs.
- Working closely with Engineering, Finance, and Quality to align supplier performance with programme milestones.
- Contributing to cost-saving initiatives through value engineering and commercial negotiation.
- Supporting contract management and supplier risk assessments.
- Participating in audits and improvement initiatives within the Supplier Quality (SQ) function.
- Gaining exposure to international logistics and McLaren's end-to-end supply chain operations.
You'll also take part in professional development workshops, innovation challenges, and cross-functional projects that accelerate your business and leadership growth.
What You'll Bring
- You must have achieved, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:1 in a relevant degree discipline such as Supply Chain Management, Business, Law, Engineering, Economics or another related discipline .
- Strong analytical, commercial, and organisational skills.
- Interest in supplier management, sourcing strategy, and automotive operations.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
You must also bring a passion for cars, and a desire to work at the cutting edge of the automotive industry within our Procurement business area
