Role Summary

A hands-on leadership role with responsibility for delivering sustainable operational performance, supporting current service delivery, and enabling future growth. This position acts as a key liaison between multiple functions across clinical and administrative teams, ensuring effective coordination and consistently high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of new occupational health contracts from signature to business-as-usual, excluding those involving site-specific provision.
  • Ensure efficient, scalable operational processes by continuously reviewing and enhancing workflows.
  • Provide leadership and line management to operational teams, including regular performance reviews aligned with service standards and contractual expectations.
  • Promote team alignment and shared goals across departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee adherence to clinically guided processes and operational protocols.
  • Ensure operational compliance with ISO standards (9001, 45001, 23001) and SEQOHS accreditation.
  • Deliver general HR management within operational teams, including performance, absence, and development oversight.
  • Collaborate with Contract Managers to respond to client feedback and exceed service expectations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of each client’s contractual obligations to ensure accurate service delivery.
