MCL Medics in Southport is seeking an Operations Manager to own day-to-day operational delivery across health surveillance programmes, onsite nursing and the booking team.

This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and offers real ownership in a growing occupational health business.

You will plan capacity, lead managers, ensure SLAs, maintain GDPR/ISO compliance and work with leadership to align on goals.
