We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to support one of our key clients in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a leading organisation in the oil and gas sector, where your expertise will play a vital role in promoting health, safety, and wellbeing across their workforce. You will be based onsite 4 days per week, providing proactive occupational health services and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. This role requires a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-quality care and advice.

If successful, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct workplace assessments and report on health risks
  • Deliver routine health surveillance and pre-placement screenings
  • Carry out fitness-for-work assessments
  • Manage casework both onsite and remotely, producing detailed reports
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records in line with legislation
  • Work to strict protocols and procedures aligned with SEQOHS accreditation

What Are We Looking For?

  • RGN/RMN with current NMC registration
  • Minimum 2 years’ Occupational Health experience
  • Desirable: Occupational Health qualification and/or experience within the oil and gas industry
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OH software
