Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role located in Harrogate, BC. As a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial operations, develop budgets, manage financial reporting, and work to optimize financial performance. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, forecasting, financial modeling, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also collaborate with management to establish long-term financial strategies and contribute to sound decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Financial Management, Budget Planning, and Cost Control
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Forecasting, and Financial Modeling
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Tax Regulations, and Compliance Standards
- Advanced skills in Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making
- Proficiency in Financial Software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration abilities
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are advantageous
