We are looking for a highly capable and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to our CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • CEO Support: Manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings across time zones, and filter communications to maximise productivity.

  • Project & Task Management: Own high-priority tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage execution across multiple business verticals.

  • Confidential & High-Stakes Administration: Handle sensitive business and financial matters with absolute discretion and precision.
