Overview Recently Qualified Accountant IndustryBelfast East (Hybrid and Flexi)£40-42kOur client works in real estate/property and has been doing so for many years. They have a dedicated team of finance professionals who manage a wide and varied estate portfolio, you would be joining a dynamic and thriving finance department made up of 4.Responsibilities Reporting to the FC who in turn reports to the CFOReviewing and closing month end management accountsIntercompany reporting, basic consolidations, reconciliations and adjustmentsVAT returnsProducing monthly management accounts to include Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets and key narrativesBudget variancesAssistance with updating cashflow models and forecastsPreparation of yearend financial accounts and audit packs and liaising with auditors across group auditsIdeal candidate / Qualifications Fully qualified Accountant or almost at full qualificationStrong financial reporting experience with a good grasp of month end close and working to deadlinesEnjoys a busy and inclusive environment where the team work independentlyEfficient and hard working with an excellent work ethicExcellent IT skills – the company currently use XeroThis is a varied role within a very successful local company.
