Part Qualified Accountant
Belfast (BT15)
McKinty Associates are working with Belfast based contract services provider who have a requirement for a Part Qualified Accountant to join their team. The post holder will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective financial and administration service. Reporting to the General Manager the successful individual will work to support the organisation across a variety of areas including Payroll, Management accounts, budgeting and forecasting as well as Involvement in tender cost calculations.
Main duties will include:
- Assisting with Management accounts.
- Vat return.
- Preparation of annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Producing reports.
- Financial analysis to senior management on contract-by-contract basis.
- Overall P&L analysis.
- Involvement in tender cost calculations.
- Payroll
- Any other reasonable and relevant duties as and when requested by management.
Eligibility criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role (3 years or more).
- Experience in accounts packages.
- Experience of working on own initiative and as part of small team.
- High level of organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Excellent communicator and able to build relationships and rapport.
