We are excited to be recruiting for a growing yet well established engineering business who are expanding their financial management team. Reporting to a very experienced FD you will gain extensive experience in enhancing the decision support offering to the executive team.
Key duties will include:
- Prepare management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Forecasts
- Cashflow forecasting
- KPI reports
- Actual v budget with insightful commentary
- Financial oversight and control
- Inventory management and control
- Cost analysis with development of models
The ideal person:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist level
- Strong experience in management accounting
- Excellent analytical skills with a commercial approach
- Enjoys working in a team driven environment and able to present financial information with various audiences
- IT skills well above the average particularly with Excel and MRP /ERP systems
This is an exciting opportunity within a rapidly growing sector and company. The post will offer real career progression and envisaged it will move to a FC role over the next 24 months.
