On behalf of our client, a multi-site engineering contractor, McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their existing team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Set up new customers and suppliers
- Investigate and resolve supplier queries
- Invoice processing (over 3 companies)
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Min 3+ years experience working as part of a busy finance team
- Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages
- Processing high volume of invoices
- High level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload
- Strong planning and organising skills
- Good numeracy and time management skills
- Keen eye for detail
