Finance Manager/ Qualified Accountant Full Time
Lisburn
Our exclusive wholesale client has a brand new job opportunity due to growth and are seeking an experienced qualified accountant to join the team as finance manager. This key role within a well established team will focus on financial controls, management and financial reporting, day to day people management and forward planning
Example of some duties will include
- Improve and develop robust financial controls while maintaining strong month end focus
- Ensure month end compliance is completed eg HMRC, VAT, Auditors etc
- Working Capital and cash flow analysis
- Month end and Management reporting
- Support strategic initiatives including profitability and contract analysis
- Decision support and working closely with the FC and FD
The ideal person
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with either industry experience or some seconded experience
- Strong technical accounting skills with experience of financial control
- Above average IT skills especially Excel and Power BI (or similar)and able to analyse and present your findings to a leadership team
- Experience of preparing management accounts and budgets
