Customer Services Administrator
Belfast (BT12)
McKinty Associates are delighted to be working with a client who as an immediate need for an experienced Customer Services Administrator. Working in a fast-paced engineering/ maintenance environment the successful candidate will join an established team ensuring repair requests are carried out efficiently, cost-effectively ensuring all project works are completed within agreed timescales whilst delivering a first-class service.
Key Duties:
- Acting as the main point of contact for all customer queries.
- Answering calls / responding to emails.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service.
- Responsible for the administration for a specific contract(s).
- Assign work requests to relevant department or subcontractor for action.
- Ensure customers are kept up to date, ensuring any issues are escalated to management.
- Maintain and update systems (Databases and CRM system).
- Typing various documents and electronic information.
- Accurate filing, record keeping and data entry.
- Relevant ad hoc duties as required.
Eligibility criteria:
- Recent experience in an administration position (3 years minimum)
- Strong academic record including Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above
- Experience within an engineering/ maintenance /construction environment (Desirable)
- Computer literate – including strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Good analytical ability with attention to detail
- Strong Organisational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines whilst paying particular attention to details
- Be highly numerate and comfortable working with multiple sources of information
- Excellent communicator and able to build relationships and rapport
