The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is a new job opportunity following the imminent retirement of the current FC. Reporting into the MD and GM, you will have full responsibility for overseeing this multisite successful SME. NB this is an office-based 9-5 role.
Key duties will include:
- Manage accounts and finance team to ensure a robust and fit-for-purpose department.
- The Financial Controller will lead and control the Company’s finance function, ensuring robust financial governance, accurate and timely reporting, and full statutory compliance.
- The role will provide clear commercial insight through budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and financial analysis, supporting operational performance and the Company’s ongoing growth and expansion.
The ideal person:
- Inquisitive and commercially astute with strong analytics and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and able to influence the leadership team.
- Excellent IT skills and embraces technology and enhances accordingly.
- This is a fast-paced sector and requires someone who can work independently as well as drive a successful department.
- Qualified Finance professional or someone with excellent FC level experience.
